Late Shri Ganga Sahai Bhatnagar – Grandfather, served as Nayab Tehsildar and later as Judicial Magistrate, Rampur (U.P.). Late Shri Vijay Kumar Bhatnagar – Father, served as District Marriage Officer (Gazetted Post) and later practiced as an Advocate. Building on this foundation, Adv. Abhishek Bhatnagar completed his B.Sc. & LL.B. in 1999 and further specialized in the emerging domain of Cyber Law and Cyber Forensics, earning a Diploma in Cyber Laws & Cyber Forensics. Recognized as a pioneer in Cyber Law in India, he founded CYBERONICS INDIA in 2010 and played a key role in assisting the Lucknow Cyber Cell during its establishment.
